References for buildings within London

In order to insure that I cover a wide variety of buildings I have used this following source which will allow me to narrow down the amount of buildings within London that are owned by foreign companies or institutions.

https://www.timeout.com/london/art/the-50-best-buildings-in-london

Upon reading throughout the article, I am satisfied with the link and I will use the buildings featured in the article. In order to get the best and accurate information, I will search for the owners of a particular building and only go to trusted sites, such as news stations/networks or the actual company site for the building. Links such as forums or a wiki, will not be sufficient information as it is not from a trusted source.

London – Immigration

London is one of the most ethnically diverse city in all of the world. London has welcomed migrants over the years for many things ranging from tourists to those who want to study here. Some abuse the system and some follow. For years immigration has been a huge topic but only until recently, since the fame of Nigel Farage, immigration has been a hot topic, raising eyebrows all over the nation. However due to this particular individual most people seem to find immigration as a bad force, when in reality there are good things about. Personally I choose this topic as it does irritate me, because immigration needs to be spoken about and educate people.

In order to promote this, I will create a video which features facts and statistics. Along with several posters and possibly a radio advert.

London – Architecture

London is not specifically known for its architecture, however upon looking at the city, you realise that London has beautiful buildings. Some predating the great fire of London in 1666. The buildings range from the olden days to neo-futurism buildings. To commemorate such buildings, there has been a festival held every year which follows a particular theme since the year 2004, known as the London festival of architecture. I choose this specific theme, as I believe the architectural side of London is not spoken enough about.

I will present this through a media package which will consist of a magazine or leaflet and visual footage, as well as a social media site e.g. Facebook, twitter, Instagram etc.
